Team Jack Weight Loss Challenge

This is Jack, last year Hydrocephalus gave him a tough time. He had weekly bouts of vomiting and lethargy, 13 hospital admissions, 2 lots of intracranial pressure monitoring and four shunt related surgeries.

Jack's family have decided to run a fundraiser with the proceeds going to the Hydrocephalus Support Association to help us expand and improve our services. 

The challenge

• Loose weight.
• Donate for each Kilo lost.
